CATERHAM SEVEN

 
 

I have owned this seven since 1998 when I purchased it directly from Caterham Car Sales. The car was originally purchased as a standard 1.8 K-series Super Sport. Since then numerous work has been carried out. The car is now tuned to 200bhp following new heads, piston, cams, verniers and ECU following a DVA upgrade. The suspension has moved from standard at the front to wide-track and adjustable platforms along with AVO dampers front and back from Freestyle. not forgetting an adjustable from roll bar. Carbon front and rear cycle wings have also been added. 

This car is immense fun. There were times when I wasn't able to drive it due to work and/or family commitments for a while. I used to consider selling it. That's was soon rectified with a quick blat and within 1 minute of being in the car I realise my foolish ways. Unfortunately due to relocation to the USA I had to sell the car.
